Biography

IMOGEN MARESCH MBA MSc PCC, Managing Director

Imogen is a certified coach, in-demand key-note speaker, and thought leader on the power of play for resilience.

 

With 15 years of experience designing and delivering experiential leadership development programmes for clients world-wide, Imogen has trained and coached clients across a range of settings, sectors and stages. She is dedicated to helping people be more calm, coherent and connected, especially in times of change and challenge.

 

A specialist in positive psychology and resilience, Imogen brings a wealth of personal experience gained in leadership roles in both the private and public sectors - in the UK and Singapore. Using cutting-edge knowledge of how the brain and body works, she helps clients increase awareness, connection and choice - at work and beyond

Imogen is creator of Not all Plain Sailing™, an innovative board game which supports people, teams and organisations to boost resilience and well-being. Imogen is an ICF certified coach with 1000+ hours of experience in multi-cultural environments. She also teaches on the faculty of a coach training programme.

 

Equally committed to life-long learning, Imogen holds an MBA with distinction from the University of Leicester and an MSc with distinction in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology from East London University.

Currently living in London with her family, Imogen is a guest lecturer at the University of East London and in her spare time volunteers as a coach for a number of UK charities.

​

She also has a long-standing reputation for hosting legendary games nights.
